lookout point(s) at Hverfjall. a tripartite of land formations each with a dedicated orientation: toward Lake Mývatn, the Dimmuborigir Lava fields and the interior of the Hverfjall crater. The pinnacles are shaped using locally sourced boulders, rocks, and gravel, stabilized by logistically viable galvanized gabion mesh panels as retaining elements. a subtle, minimal and functional earth-formed intervention that respects and celebrates this sublime Icelandic region.
